Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's not certain, it all depends on how the matches on soon fare?

Two more teams to be decided for that side, but they're on the opposite side to Italy, Spain, France, and Germany. Definitely the easier side you'd have to say!

Portugal on what I've seen of both teams won't beat Croatia at all , They would have been much better off getting England

Portugal have caught a break with that Icelandic goal.

    Really?
Croatia are much better than you think

Yeah, and I rate Croatia. But they'd have their eyes set on winning this tournament and if they beat Croatia, it's Swiss/Poland in the quarters and Belgium/Wales (most likely) in the semis. I think they'd take that over the other side of the draw!

Agree Croatia would be tough and England would be easier but after that would be very tough on that side

    So

Where have the guy dissing Ronaldo gone

    Two goals and a assist

The display of the tournament from a player so far

I'd love to have seen Ronaldo's face when he heard "small mentality" Iceland won with the last kick of the game. I expect Croatia to beat Portugal.

Best team so far. Would be much happier playing England. No question.

Wow they are lucky to be on the easy side of the draw but not so much facing Croatia. I would be shocked if they win.

But then (assuming favourites win) they would play France followed by either Germany / Spain or Italy.....

Croatia is definitely a tougher game than England would have been, but you never know what will happen. If they can up their performance and snatch a win there, they have a very favourable route to the final. On the other side they may have beaten England, but wouldn't get near the final with the other teams on show.

Did some people not see the Croatia game last night? They are a very good and skillful team

I need a lie down after those two games to recover for tonight. Absolutely epic stuff!

100% agree they are very good but who would you rather play if you were Portugal (assuming favourites go through)

    Croatia > Poland > Belgium

    or

    England > France > Germany/Spain

England will struggle with Iceland more so if they think it will be a walkover
What a win with last kick of the game!

Can't see Portugal beating Croatia they they are playing in this tournament

Because of CR7 world class performance and Iceland getting a late winner,Portugal are now on the 'easy' side of the draw finishing 3rd place without winning a game. CR7 will be delighted with the reaction he got from the Iceland players, when they read his comments.

It's ridiculous CR7,still is on free kicks. He should be taken off them,by now.

It's ridiculous that anyone over the age of 12 calls him that.

Fair enough! Although the way they are playing at the moment for an outsider its six of one and half a dozen of the other

I'd consider it more immature to get hung up on the abbreviations people use, to be honest.

The Icelandic commentator was classic when they scored the winning goal

****e game and not 100% sure any team deserved to go through but Portugal must be laughing now after finishing third in their group. Still long way to go in tournament.
