I think they need to pull Shane Long to the sideline. Things just aint going right for him, and his demeanour is very negative... like the world is against him. He's a great lad normally but he's being bullied by the big dirty Italian defender. We need somebody a bit more Andy Carroll-esque on that defender to give him a bit of his own medicine.
