    Hello

    I've tried to reach you on 365 Online but haven't gotten a response.

    I made a payment accidentally on Monday to the wrong credit card account (it is a BoI card). This account should be closed since about 18 months ago, but I know there were some problems closing it.

    Can you let me know how I can get this money back as I need it to pay my actual credit card.
