    Hi,

I was in your store today and bought a 106" Sapphire Projection screen, I was in the red Land Rover with a trailer parked at the front door.

I am just home now and was about to mount it on the wall when I realised there are no brackets or screws or anything with it.  The box was open in the store, and it had Dublin in ink written on it, is this a return from a customer in ROI?

What can we do about the missing parts, it is literally just the screen in the box and nothing else.  I am not willing to drive back from Donegal, so can you get them posted to me?  Preferably direct rather than to your store first, to save some time.

I was gutted I didn't get a good chance to properly look around the store, I was almost blocking the road with the trailer and I kept having to tell people to drive around!

    Hi TireeTerror.

I really am sorry to hear this!!

I was myself you dealt with at the store and on the phone.

The end of the box was missing but due to the size of the box v the screen it seems it would have been hard for them to fall out.
The Dublin IN on the box is because a vast majority of our deliveries come in via Dublin port and due to the size of the screen it would have came by itself rather than on a pallet with other stock and has been stamped on its way through.

I will call sapphire straight away and get these parts for you. I will see if they can post them direct to you and if not once they come to me here at the store I will have them sent straight to you.

Again I really do apologies for this :(

I will do you a post as soon as I speak to sapphire this morning.

    Hi Kenny,

Thanks for the quick reply.  It is not your fault, so don't worry about it.

Looking forward to hearing what Sapphire say.  Might be an idea to check in your store room as the bag of bolts/brackets might be laying on the floor.

Remember yesterday I was moaning about the exchange rate? Id have saved myself €16 if I had bought it today! gutted.
