Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Penatly points and NCB Question

    Can someone clear this up for me as iv gotten a few different opinions .

    Does a NCB and Penalty points for a car come into effect with bike insurance or are they 2 completely different categories ?

    Penalty points are on the license, not tied to the vehicle. So, if you have 4 points on your license, then you have 4 points on your license, no matter if how you got them. And points must be disclosed to your insurer.

    As for NCB, I think it's separate (car/bike). But you can discuss that with insurer. Some may take it in to consideration. I think someone said that Liberty do.

    thanks Paul :) damn seems unfair i have 6 points for no seat belt and bikes dont have them :pac::D:D

    Il be ringing up tomorrow just dont want to sound like a noob and taking up hours on the phone :D
