Is there a way for the Xbox One pad to emulate a 360 pad for older games?

I've just updated my pad to the One pad and the first game I go to play doesn't natively support it.. Nights into Dreams, which does have some configuration issues. I still have my old 360 pad here which did work eventually, but I'd like to know if I can set up the new pad for use on the old games?

I've the Xbox box one controller as well and it really just works like an updated Xbox 360 for me.
