    Hi folks,
I have a panny 42 inch As640 purchased from ye 18 months ago
It's developed a large bullet hole design on the screen, which Google tells me is a screen fault or damage
There is no physical damage to the actual screen, but presumably somethings happened to the inner layer?

If I bring the TVs into the store can it be looked at or repaired
It does have the five year warranty plan

    Thank you

    Hi OverRide.

Sorry to hear of your issue with the AS640.

A very strange thing indeed. Would you be able to take some photos and email then over to us at service@richersounds.ie and we will have a look over them and have a chat with our Panasonic engineers.

If you drop me your name in a PM I can look up your account and add some notes.

Normally for a warranty repair you can bring the screen to us, it may also be possible to have the screen collected from you under our warranty.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
