Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Audi a6 2009 bluetooth won't work

    I have just bought a 2009 A6.

I know it has bluetooth because there is a receipt with it for an upgrade to get it working for the previous owner.

I have checked the coding and it is enabled, 5f coding 17 is set to 1.
When you search it finds nothing whether I search from phone or from the car. Secondly the Find Bluetooth devices doesn't give a live arrow for me to select.

There is a slot under the armrest which seems to take some type of adapter.

    The question is:
How do I get this to work? Do I need that device or can the phone not just connect wirelessly like every other car I have used?

Is it necessary to go to a specialist or is there something I can do?
I am in North Dublin if that is useful info.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    thanks,

    Richard
