    Hello,

    I am currently a roaming member of Flye Fit gyms. I think these gyms are great & I love being a member of them.

    Recently I have been thinking I might hire a personal trainer and I wonder has anyone used any of the personal trainers in any of their city centre gyms. Are there any trainers that you would highly recommend or any you would advise me not to use.

    I have never used a trainer before and I don't know what I should expect from one either.
