    Hi,

    I am a member of the Flyefit gym chain which I think is fantastic.

    I was thinking of hiring a personal trainer from any of their city centre branches, Baggot Street, Georges Street or Macken Street. Has anyone got any recommendations for any of the trainers in these gyms or any of the trainers which you would not really recommend because you did not find them that good.

    All advice & recommendations appreciated as I have never used a PT before and I also do not know what I should expect from one.
