    Hi

    I got a letter about my account being overdue, the reason for my account being is because my father has been ill for a while and he died recently (last week) and so I am not able this bill in full. I would like to do a long term payment plan please? My account is over due by 233.28 euros. 

    If you could get back to me ASAP about this, I would be grateful, thanks.

    We are very sorry to read of your bereavement.

    We usually can offer a payment plan of up to eight weeks, but this is dependent on when your next bill is due.

    Please send us a private message with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
