Can anyone tell me do medical students have summer months off or do they work in hospitals during June July & August and if so do they get any Mula ?:D

No mula.

Depends on what course you're doing and where you're doing it. I'm UCD GEM, first summer is 4 months off, 2nd and 3rd is only about 9/10 weeks off.
