Rep took my wrong DOB on signup

    I am trying to log onto my account online for the first time but it says my email address is registered as is my account number but will not accept my DOB to log in, can i have this checked? i presume he took it down wrong?

    Do indeed drop us a private message when you can, confirming the Electric Ireland account number in question, stating that you are the account-holder, your name, address and telephone number (and your actual date of birth). Your message will be reviewed ASAP.
