Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Going off topic here so I won't go on about it after this post but that's pretty typical of first generation immigrants everywhere in the world, I don't think insularity is specifically a Polish thing, I've experienced the same thing with Indian workers here and heard similar about Mexican immigrants in the US.

Now back to the football: when do yellow cards stop being carried over and become reset?

Maybe I'm kinda sorry I said it now. I didn't say I wanted them out or not. I just have plenty of experience where they would hang people out to dry and never dig you out. We will convert them no doubt

That should have been a penalty.

He literally just said it was a big deflection and but for it Fabianski would have dealt with it

Yep, which is why FC Bayern just bought him for a deal totalling 80million

Bayern don't spend that class of cash without being fairly sure he can do a job for them

He literally said that after I'd hit "Submit Reply". He literally had said "little deflection" and "bit of a deflection" before that, even when there'd been 4 replays shown. Literally.

TV3 commentator thought Sanches put a great bend on the ball.

Was thinking this Sanches guy is very composed on the ball for an eighteen year old.

LOL @ Ronaldo's mini tantrum there when he didn't get the ball passed to him.

The two yellow card rule carrying over throughout the tournament is ridiculous. 2 yellow cards in 5 high stakes games really shouldn't result in a suspension for me. Reset it from the QFs and if they get a yellow in both the QF ans SF, then maybe they deserve a ban from the final too.

There can be young international players that play in less composed manner on the ball than he does. Seems very assured for his age.
