Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Wasnt much worse than a lot of the penalties, except the keeper chose correctly. Feel for the guy. And then Quaresmo is very lucky, with a worse and much more savable penalty. :(:(:(

    Lewandowski allowing the opposition to kick first once after winning the toss was silly, twice was plain stupid. Poland should be strongly criticised for that but it won't be mentioned.

    Ronaldo goes 5th for the glory. Has done his whole career. That was a managerial decision if ever you see one. And its the right choice. It might not make it to number 5. Your best takers should go first.

    Fair play to Portugal, I didn't fancy them in a penalty shoot-out, the likes of Nani and Quaresma just don't fill me with confidence in a pressure situation like that! But it was an excellent set of penos, Sanches's in particular was impressive for such a young player.
