Ok can anyone help me I'm currently out renting and I got a letter to say my apartment has gone into receivership I rang my landlord and she said that she is onto her solicitor and she is going to try fight for it. Ok can anyone help me I'm currently out renting and I got a letter to say my apartment has gone into receivership I rang my landlord and she said that she is onto her solicitor and she is going to try fight for it. During the recession she got herself into debt but now with rents all gone up last while she's on top of everything and trying to pay off as much as she can of arrears. Will she have a chance of still owning it with her solicitor fighting for her
