Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Rooney got two (one pen) but that doesnt change the fact he was awful first half. Maybe he'll get some confidence now

    nah people have been moaning about Rooneynthe last two seasons, longer with Valencia and well Fellaini is a special case because of Bangkoks obvious bias against him.

    Personally I'd be happy for Utd to move on from Rooney. We have better options as a striker and better options for no 10.

    Valencia should never be starting for a top team at RB.

    Rooney was awful in the first half but that doesn't change the fact he scored 2 goals to change the game. He doesn't need confidence, he needs games.

    I'm aware about it, I've had my fill of Rooney debates on here and am not going anywhere near it.

    My point was simply that during the first half within the first 20 minutes people wanted him off and were criticising him over every mistake, something not happening to any of the other players who messed up. Then when he scores two it's meaningless. Everything he does is under a microscope more so than any other player on our team. It's funny but I'm leaving it.

    I've no appetite for a Rooney debate and am going back to enjoying the game.
