Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The more I watch him, the more I want to see him at OT.

The Old Trafford crowd needs a superstar

We signed 2 already, mkhitrayan and zlatan.

Should Jose sign Sissoko? Could do with an athlete like him in midfield.

    Zlatan doesn't have much longer.
Lord knows how Mickey might do.

Pogba is one for the future. He's what 22, his best days are yet to come

Really don't want Matuidi. Will be some come down if we end up with him rather than Pogba.

Class player, said before he will win ballon dor in next 3 years, wouldn't call him a beast though, he is very slight, heart of a lion, bags of skill

To go from the hype of Pogba to frickin Sissoko would be impressively underwhelming

And Roy Keane got relegated with Forest.

Seriously though, if United manage to get Pogba he is going to need support. A player like Sissoko (or Matuidi mentioned earlier in the week) would bring more power, running to midfield and United need that from more than one player.

Mentioned as part of the squad obviously, not a priority signing.

I think we already have that though in Schneiderlin and Bastian.

    Just Pogba please

Tonight he was fantastic, a real engine. But I don't expect him to be like that all season next season.

But I sure hope Morgan steps up to the plate. I would love to have a French trio in our starting line up next season of Martial, Morgan and Pogba. All have so much potential.

Ducker and Odgen both releasing stories saying the same thing, that Jose wants Pogba sorted before the season starts. Looks like a briefing

I've never seen Kroos impose himself in a game of importance.

Kross just keeps everything ticking over kinda like scholes but IMO not as good finds space gets the ball plays a good pass if he had scholes ability to shoot he would prob be rated higher(not the scholes was ever rated highly enough again IMO)

Haven't heard anything that would make me confident of getting pogba at all, if it's gonna drag on for another month i would be confident of city or psg or someone throwing money at madrid for one of their players.

You must have missed the 1st half... perhaps you missed his dart into the box after his 1/2 with draxler around the 20 minutes Mark only to be hacked down by pogba and no penalty given.

Strange in a night like tonight you'd single out kroos

Paul scholes at 26 and Toni Kroos at 26, Kroos doesn't come near him, scholes was a genius

I think we can all agree that's a title contending side right there with great options to come in all over the park too. Probably still a bit light in CB with Smalling only really proving his ability to stay fit for more than 3 games recently, Bailly unproven in England, Jones made of glass and Blind being a turd at CB (unpopular opinion I know).

Full backs are well covered, CM has another 3/4 decent options, up front we can switch in players depending on form and fitness.

Personally I'd prefer Bastian in for Carrick as I think if he can get the form back for us he along with Pogba would be an unreal pairing.

The blend of youth and experience is probably just perfect.

    Rashford 18, TFM 18, Martial 20, Shaw 20, Bailly 22, Pogba 23.
    Degea 25, Smalling 26, Mkhitaryan 27.
Carrick 35 (this month), Zlatan 35 (next month)

Daily Mail saying Pogba will tell Juventus he wants to leave, and Juve needs him to say this to appease the fans.
A deal will likely cost £106 million.
The paper also say Real Madrid maintain they are still in the race.
My opinion is they would rather say that than say they couldn't afford him, after breaking previous world record transfers, I don't think they would want to say that a club with old money (as opposed to oil or Russian billionaire money) is making it impossible for them to compete, it says something wrong with the people in the boardroom or even the league.
