First Trust Bank Lodgements

    Hi all. I would appreciate any advise or opinions on my query. I have an account with First Trust Bank in Northern Ireland. I would like to know is it possible for me to make lodgements to this account while in mainland Britain?

    Cash? No AFAIK - they have no mainland branches. AIB (GB), even if there is a branch near you, wouldn't be able to carry out transactions on an FT account.

    I don't believe you can lodge to FT accounts via the Post Office, only withdraw from.

    Electronic transfer etc: yes, it operates like any other UK bank account.
