Redeeming Supervalu Vouchers

    I'm trying to redeem a voucher against my Gas acount.
    However it's stating I've redeemed a voucher against this account already. Checking my transaction history the voucher I redeemed was against my Electricity Account, not the Gas Account.

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
