Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Probably best chance is to attack them given the Belgians will have a bit of a makeshift defence out there.

Really hope Wales can do this.

Also...why the hell isn't Joe Allen in that picture? Disgraceful.

    Comfortable Belgium win.

I know they struggled in their two qualifying games against Wales but I can see them winning by a couple tonight.

Deffo the game of the QF's for me - Go Joe!

The Belgian back line looks particularly thin now Vertonghen is out. Hope Coleman plays two up with Ramsey just behind.

Wales supporters making last minute dash on the train are being delayed by something or other.

    COME ON WALES!!

Hard to call. Wales have been hard to judge so far. They looked a good enough side against Slovakia, poor and over-awed against England, and then World Beaters against a totally useless Russian side and were back to looking ordinary once again against Northern Ireland.

On paper, Belgium should make short work of them, but I wonder can Belgium flatter to deceive - looked really good against sides that played a style of game that suited them - Hungary, Ireland - but looked a bit static and disjointed against Italy. I'd question their morale too.

Ah, what the hell. I'm going to go with a Wales win. They took four points off Belgium in qualifying and maybe more heart and determination might see them through. It would be fantastic to see them do it.

    C'mon Wales. Let's f*ckin do this.

Comprehensive win for Les Diables Rouges! Wales ain't up to much. Rooting for Wales because they are a small country but sadly I can't see anything other than Belgium doing what they did to similar sides(Us and Hungary)

Hope Belgium lose. They've come across as cocky in the press this week for me and already seem to be looking ahead. Even though they haven't beat Wales the last three times they've played.

i much as i like the welsh, i hope Belguim win ...they play the better football and are more likely to beat the usual contenders > italy & germany

    TV3 again?

They get the final as well which is a bit shocking.

"Real English feel to this stadium" ???

I hate RTE for selling the rights to these games to TV3, their coverage has been absolutely awful. Almost all of the presenters/panel/commentators talk crap for the 5 minutes where they aren't on an ad break.

Neil Lennon just mentioned the enormity of what Wales are achieving. I think people are getting a bit carried away here. They've yet to face a decent side and got very lucky to draw Northern Ireland in the last round. When you consider the quality of the four teams we faced relative to those Wales have faced, they've been incredibly lucky.

Wales beat a weak Russia team a poor slovakia team and a average NI team.
England walked all over them. I expect a Bell Jim win .

End of the road tonight for Wales. I expect a rampant Belgium to get 4 or more.

England did not walk all over them. Wales played the name rather than the players that night and I think they have learned from that.

This will be a very close game.

And they have definitely had a more impressive tournament than us. I doubt we'd have taken the Russians apart and probably wouldn't have beaten Slovakia either based on our Sweden result which was our first game too.

Should have been 3-0 with Sweden when they scored.

Could be an easy victory for the bels

Yeah Belgium have to give them a wakeup call today, I didn't like the video of Wales players celebrating after the English loss to Iceland

Seems to be a lot of confidnece about Wales on BBC. They even say Bale has lit up the tournament which I don't agree with.

I don't see it myself, just barely got through against Northern Ireland and I think Belgium are on a roll now and will not be beaten.

Why? Lots of people were doing the same thing. Why can't they celebrate their closest rivals exiting? Completely normal.

I was more annoyed that it was a vertical video than anything else, but that's just me.

I remember when I was a wee lad wondering why I never saw Ryan Giggs playing major international games. He was one of the best players I would've been exposed to back then. Fast forward to now and I'm watching Wales in a quarter final. It's class!

This 2 yellow's business is bollocks.

Way too big a punishment for something innocuous...this is Wales 5th match. someone getting 2 yellows in 5 games is really not bad.
