    Hi folks can anyone recommend any solicitors around Swords/surrounding area when buying a house? And an idea on cost?

    Most charge between 1100 and 1500 in fees before VAT. Add another 300 on for VAT. Then they charge for land registry, title searches, etc. That comes to another 1,000.
