Fashion buying and merchandising courses Dublin

Hi guys, I need opinions on which fashion buying & merchandising courses are better in Dublin. I mean is it acceptable to do a 1 or 2 year course and be able to get a job or is it a field that you need a bachelor degree at least to get a good job? I'm not too sure and I'm just wondering if anyone has been through a course…
