Hi all Thinking of selling a commercial property and paid for a valuer to inspect it. He couldn't value it! He didn't charge me and put me in touch with an estate agent who was supposed to come today. No sign of him. I can't make any plans until I see whether the price I want is potentially achievable. I am willing to wait…

Hi all

Thinking of selling a commercial property and paid for a valuer to inspect it.
He couldn't value it! He didn't charge me and put me in touch with an estate agent who was supposed to come today. No sign of him.

I can't make any plans until I see whether the price I want is potentially achievable. I am willing to wait for the right buyer so the right seller is very important.

Who should I approach next?
