So the Germanics are going up against each other on Thursday with their cycling specials. I need a pair of shorts, so I'm wondering if the "Dolomiti seatpad, functional anti-slip hem and Sanitised ActiFresh" from Aldi are worth the €4 extra and the puce green colour?…

Is anyone else finding that the waistband elastic in the Lidl shorts is not up to scratch? I got a size XL first, but that was falling off me, to my surprise, so I downgraded to a size L. It fits OK around the legs and hips, but the waistband is slipping down, almost below the end of the jersey at times.
