Direct debit taken twice

    Hi

    I recently came back after a year away and my first bill payment has been taken twice. Its two different transactions with different IDs as far as I can see so not a bank display issue.

    Who do I get in contact with to get this sorted quickly? I've no problem with it being held as account credit (as it was a small enough bill with the €50 cashback being applied quickly) but I don't want to fight through phone menus for hours.
