Hi I logged a fault with this 5/7 approx 16:00

Basically the unit would not charge, Ecars tell me they are waiting for a part to fix the issue . Ecars have subsequently said the unit works, if you hold in the charger to the charge port on car. Can anyone who has used it today, confirm this is the case.

Interestingly , Ecars have flagged the unit as operational on their website , on the basis " it is working hold in the charger to the charge port on car"
