LED Lighting Strips - Advice Needed

    I'm so not a DIY head and need your guideance

    I'd like to fit some led strips, warm white, like the pic,
    in 2 sizes ( 235cm and the other 110cm)

    They're to be fitted along the floor underneath wall units.

    What's the best type, longest lasting, best brand etc etc to go for ?

    I've been in touch with Express Electrical and they recommend the following;

    would I need a dimmer / led controller ??
