Why was I charged a standing order fée?

    A standing order was due to come out of my account today. I had enough in my account for it but it wasn't taken. Why is that?

    To look into this further for you, we would recommend logging into BOI365 Online and submit this question through our 'Online Service Desk' facility. A colleague with account access can check and confirm back with you.
