Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Disc bulge/sciatica rehab

    HI,

    Not looking for medical advice, looking for a recommendation of someone to go and see for this issue.

    Disc bulge at L5/S1, sciatica down right side, its recovered a lot but still have no range of motion in my right nerve/hamstring. I've an imbalance in leg strength and leg length. I've been to a few different physios with different approaches with mixed results.

    Has anyone successfully rehabbed from something like this and would recommend who they went to for treatment? PM please
