South Roscommon - New build cost per sq ft?

What would be the average sqft cost of a new house build to standard finish in the South Roscommon (Athlone west - Drum / Cornafulla / Kiltoom) area (..excluding site purchase)? I know that the question is like "how long is a piece of string", but just want to get a rough idea.
