Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Virgin Horizon box wireless not working

    Have also posted this in Virgin section but then realised they are Mon-Fri

    Have logged into box via Ethernet cable/ UPC WebApp and tried to activate wireless but when I press save button window comes up as still disabled. Have tried to reset the box from the UPC WebApp but same result. Is box faulty.


    Enable photo= Settings then pressed saved
    Disabled photo= Window I get after pressing save

    Just to add I am getting same result on boht 2.4 & 5 Ghz wireless

    why was it disabled in the first place?
