Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
Started doing gym 3 times per week, and honestly just following the gym instructors guide.
5 min warm up - fast walk on threadmill
Weights, lat pull down, chest press, shoulder press, leg press
20 min on cross trainer, level 12-14
    5 min row lv 8 or 1000m
5 min fast walk cool down.

    Seem reasonable ?

I can understand how my heart benefits since I feel it pumping etc, honestly the weights dont seem to be having any effect ( only been at it 2 weeks ), I just feel like a total weakling struggling to lift small amounts, constantly worried Im doing it wrong. How long till you notice weights getting "lighter" for want of a better word.

Stock program given out by a lacklustre gym employee. I got given pretty much the exact same thing my first time in a gym, many years ago. Thankfully, someone who knew better helped me out. Go to a reputable PT and ask them for help.
