I too own Smith, Walker, Amat and Cameron, I thought Cameron's injury would just keep him out for a week but it seems to be extending week by week. Walker was the one I was hoping to sell to free up funds. My other defender is Zuninga..so I might have one starting defender :pac:

Poor Geoff allegedly has serious back issues from carrying Stoke for years.


*No idea what his real injury is. Every season I buy him he seems to get injured soon after.

Easy to swap over to a Chelsea defender or there are many cheaper and solid options that will allow for upgrading other areas.

Wouldn't bother me in the slightest if my premium defender got injured.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has confirmed Diego Costa will be fit to face Middlesbrough at the Riverside on Sunday.

The Spain striker missed his country's matches against Macedonia and England with a groin injury but will be fit for the weekend.

Conte said: "Costa had a bit of an injury after the game with Everton.

"He trained on Wednesday and his physical condition is good. At the moment he can play."

George Friend’s injury is worse than Aitor Karanka initially thought and the defender will miss the next two or three Middlesbrough fixtures.

The full-back suffered an knee injury on the training ground last week and the Boro boss initially though it was just a minor niggle.
