One 4 All card question

    Hope this isn't the wrong place, just wondering if anyone can help. I got a One 4 All giftcard and I went to check the balance as I had my suspicions. The card had a balance of €0.00.

    Is it a thing where maybe I have to activate the card? Or something? Or have I been screwed?

    I'm going to the post office in the morning but can anyone put my mind at ease tonight? Thank you.

    How old is the card? They charge €1.45 every month after 12 months.

    Thank you for your response. It's brand new. I think I might have it sussed now, it takes 1 business day until you can use the card so maybe that's why the available balance is €0. I'll keep an eye on it.

    Yep it takes a day before you can use it.

    yep 24 hours for the amount to go onto thw card
