Can anyone steer me in the right direction where I would get the best price on a car park near Kellys hotel. It is so expensive :(

I haven't done it before so you may need to read more into it but parking in Heuston and getting a taxi to the hotel might be the most cost effective way to do it - apparently €8/€9 per 24 hours http://www.irishrail.ie/travel-information/car-parking.

Are you just going to be leaving the car in the car park without needing access to it? If yes would you be better off just using public transport to get to Dublin?

Pick a luas park and ride (red cow possibly) and get the luas in to town.

...assuming you don't need the car?

    Worth checking here too: http://www.parkopedia.ie/parking/dublin/

Have you asked the hotel do they have an arrangement anywhere?
