Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Turbo whistle. Annoying

Hi all I am new to this but I got a Ford smax. Let's say no more the 1.8tdci 09 model. Anyway I replaced the turbo in it with a reputable company. Now I kept blowing off water pipes on the heating side of it. Eventually skimmed the head and new head gasket. Replaced all pipes that blew off. Now I got a flipping most annoying whistle from the turbo and my mechanic is scratching his head to know what it is. Anyone else maybe have the same problem or know what it might be. By the way I ain't a mechanic so don't get too technical.

Haha, but seriously the video above you would think is 100% the sound of metal on metal screech when boost kicks in leading to think it's the turbo. I was bricking it when it happened to mine :D
