Medion laptop constantly needs restoring

    Hi there bought a medion akoya e6239 laptop last week and I have to do a system restore to it almost every day since.can someone advise me is this a common problem with these laptops? should I just bring it back to the shop

    Did you buy it new?
    If so return it whence it came

    Try a factory reset

    What OS?
