    Sent my claim in on 29th July to CAR & got my cheque in the post today - fair play CAR!!!

    When did you send in your claim? I sent in ours on 10th August and we haven't received anything yet.

    Received my refund on Wednesday. Sent my claim in on 4th August.

    Just reporting back on my claim. Got a full refund on both of my bookings via Ulster Bank and a Visa charge back. Very efficient and easy to deal with.
