    Now, we left on holiday July 16th (Yep, the day after they went bust!) so that may have pushed my file up the pile...

    Received my refund on Wednesday. Sent my claim in on 4th August.

    Just reporting back on my claim. Got a full refund on both of my bookings via Ulster Bank and a Visa charge back. Very efficient and easy to deal with.
