Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

WTF, I dunno. Would it not have been a good idea just to keep going if you could have done more.

    Bizzare to say the least.

Sure its the same with our recruitment. You do as many as you need, no need to go over. Thats the qualifying number. Running 5 more levels on the bleep test wont get you in ahead of anyone else who ran the required amount. It's supposed to be pass/fail.

What does the fitness test consist of? The entry one is two parts on the same day so going over what you need potentially uses energy you may want to reserve for a later part of the test?

If the number of push ups was set at e.g 40 then anyone who does 40 should be put forward. Doing 50 or more shouldnt have any more merit. Only having 55 officers is also a bit on the low side..thats 5 shifts of 11. 11 extra armed guards isn't gonna make much of a difference against the likes of scum we have in Dublin atm
