    Hi all,

About to get a new shed (metal).

Want to put ESB into it, lights and a couple of sockets.

About 3m from the new shed is a block built shed which has ESB.

Any suggestions about best (and least expensive) means of getting ESB to the new shed.

    Thanks in advance.

I think you mean electricity rather than ESB. There would be a massive difference in cost between the two.

The no so neat way (and probably cheapest) would be to run an overhead cable between the 2 sheds.

You also need to ensure that the cable to the existing shed is heavy enough to take the combined loading and as its a metal shed, make especially sure the earth is up to scratch:)
