Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

what are UPC thinking by dropping setanta sports from their lineup? That means no more BT Sport so no more UFC. Do they want people to download illegally instead?

Setanta Ireland is now eir sport1, I still have it in my UPC channel max package, I don't know for how much longer but at least I got the whole of the British Open last weekend. It was still Setanta Ireland in the UPC EPG but the onscreen logo said Eir sport1.

The subscription channel formerly known as Setanta Sports is being rebranded as Eir sport2. Those two channels plus BT sports 1 and 2, BT Europe and BT ESPN are now a bundle called eir Sport.

Do you have a link to a source which says that Setanta is being pulled from UPC? I suspect that competition rules would prevent Eir from denying UPC customers paid access to those channels.

It is in an email i received from Virgin (UPC as was) this afternoon. They say it is for price reasons.

There's a thread about it under Virgin Media Ireland. Its the first I heard of it but I'll be switching providers for sure.
