Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

5x5 vs single set

    I've read a lot about both but am looking to see if anyone has experience of trying both and what they thought worked for them.

    I'm currently doing a 5x5 but have been advised to try a single set to failure approach for more muscle growth.

    My goal is primarily muscle growth vs. fat loss. Has anyone done both?
