    im looking at signing up to eir as a new customer.

    i have a phone socket in apartment but i dont know if it works.
    your website says i can get up to 80mb internet when i search by address.

    i want basic tv + sky sports + eir/ bt sports + internet


    the price is 25pm for 6mths and then 125pm on the website

    1. is this a 12 or 18mth contract?
    2. what is the penalty for terminating a contract early?
    3. if the phone socket in my apartment doesnt work when the equipment arrives what is the process?
    4. is there a setup fee?
    5. is sky one provided in the above?
    6. are the sports packages in hd?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us :)

    The contract for the above package is 18months. If you choose the terminate the contract before the expiry date you would need to contact our cancellations team directly for them to advise you off the penalty. In regards to the phone line been connected, if you place an order online someone will be in contact with you to place the order. The line will need to be activated first before Eir Fibre and TV is. There is no set up fee for placing this order as we are currently offering a promotion on this. I am afraid the Eir sports channels are not in HD.

    Hi Jimboland80,

    I am afraid we do not advise of that from here you would need to contact our cancellations team directly. We don't offer 12 month contracts I am afraid all contracts are 18 or 24 months depending if you choose to add on a mobile plan. I am afraid SKY one is not included in our TV package. You can view all the channels in the link below. In regards to HD unfortunately eir Sports in not available in HD.
