Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mk1 Fabia steel clutch pedal replaced with plastic?

Other half's fabia clutch pedal failed with the common problem of the weld breaking on the piece that holds the clip for the master cylinder push-rod. I went and ordered a new pedal but the one they've sent me is not steel like the old one but some sort of moulded plastic. Is this the current correct replacement for the old steel pedal? It looks to be the same dimensions in every way but I haven't tried to fit it yet in case i need to return it.
