Porte has 3 team mates with him. They are just making their way through the cars now. The pace is very high. It doesn't look like Porte fell/crashed, he has no torn clothing or road rash. So maybe just a mechanical.

What have Astana achieved today and what are they hoping to achieve? The entire Sky team has sat in Astana's slipstream all day and they're still there with them coming towards the final ascent. Rui Costa might hang on but can't see past Froome again today, he's had an armchair ride courtesy of Astana.
