Can't switch to legacy

In work on internet explorer it's defaulting to the new look which isn't working in normal or compatibility mode. I've clicked on legacy site and it just keeps going back to the home page. Any tips on fixing this?

Hey there, if you clear your cookies you should then be able to switch between the sites.

Computer says no unfortunately. It's not the end of the world, I've discovered I've got Chrome to fall back on.
