    Does anyone live in this estate? What's it like for kids is it safe, looking at renting in there for a few months

    Lived there for a summer
    Twas grand
    Was good few families around, seemed very safe

    It's grand. Not too many families, but very safe. A few of the houses are rented, many owner-occupied. I've never had a problem.
