Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'd love to but I won't here.

Are there neighbours on the other side of the offending premises? Could you talk to them?

Actually seen this the other week a husky that was going to end up in the dog pound he has been debarked which I find really terrible it's not right especially for a dog like a husky who communicate so much with their voice.

    Hi op

I had the exact same problem as you.
A neighbor dog who house is located behind our estate would be put ALL night long barking crazy I couldn't get a wink of sleep and was going crazy. I rang the guards who said complain to the local council etc etc I didn't bother because what actually happened was I was the plot with not being able to sleep I went down to the house at 1:30am one night and kept knocking on their door the women. Answered and I said could you please bring in your dog by night I can't get a wink of sleep and neither can my partner. She said ' sure I never had a complaint before' to which I responded In Temper ' wel I am complaining so bring him in or I will complain to the council' since then she has brought him in every night and I was delighted I just faced her in the end. I also told her I don't care about him out during the day but after 10 at night it's not fair on the neighbours and anyone with children

As far as I'm aware it's a surgical procedure that's carried out. I think it involves removing some tissue from the dogs vocal chords in order to 'soften' the dogs bark.

It's not an option that I would be in favour of personally and some other posters have questioned the legality of it but I'm unsure about that side of it.

No this was done here in Ireland basically the vocal cords are operated on so the dog cannot bark hell for alot of dogs I think as that is their way of communicating they dont just bark they make other sounds too I think its disgusting for anyone to do that.
