Where's the best (Safest) place to park around the aviva next Saturday or would I be better off parking at the mad cow ?

You could park anywhere on the DART line. The dart runs into the Aviva.

Is there a match or something on? If not there are streets around there with free parking on Saturday, I used to live on Waterloo road and you could park for free on the weekend, just not in the bus lane.
